After a full career in the field of banking and a lifetime building community and connections in Omaha, Tim now engages with NEXT in managing back-office processes, providing operations and administrative support for NEXT and its projects, including candidate interviews, reference checks, background checks, subject matter expertise, and market analytics. By doing so he empowers Magan to maximize her super-power in locating and engaging talent.
Working with clients in the field of banking has provided Tim with an understanding of the challenges that face businesses. Rather than providing financial resources, he now connects with firms struggling to secure human resources in a hyper competitive staffing market.
